My Usual Schedule (all times US Central)

Monday through Friday: work from 8:30 to at least 4:30, at least half an hour's travel time home, then free to RP until around 9pm

Saturday: usually free to RP whenever. If I'm gone, it's usually for a short duration, like a couple of hours. I can stay up later these nights, but don't bet on coherency as we get closer to midnight.

Sunday: church from 10:30am to 11:30am, usually do something for a couple of hours afterwards, then free to RP until around 9pm
